I totally understand that life happens and plans can change unexpectedly. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows me time to offer your spot to someone else and keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service(s) scheduled.
No-shows (missing your appointment without any notice) will be charged 100% of the service(s) scheduled.
These charges are not for services rendered but serve as compensation for time and resources reserved exclusively for you.
Clients with repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows will be required to place a non-refundable deposit in order to secure future appointments.
